    Center of Gravity Adjustment

    Users can achieve optimal ergonomic and functional fit with 4” of continuous adjustment to perform ADLs safely and effectively. For quick fixes on stability or tighter turning radius, use the rear or forward receiving location for the rear axle.

    • Made of Carbon Fiber and seamlessly sleek. With durability to match that of downhill mountain bikes

    • 3x wing/footrest bumpers as well as 2 independently rotating bumpers above the caster fork. These add protection for the chassis during vehicle transfers and assist in opening heavy doors or re-directing from doorways

Seating System

Bowhead’s seating system supports healthy posture with adjustable features. It offers a seat width range of 12-19.5’’ in 3 distinct sizes with 2.5’’ of adjustability, ensuring a perfect fit. An on-the-fly angle-adjustable backrest and standard backrest canes accommodate various back support needs. ErgoCurve sideguards and a solid carbon fiber base provide support and pressure relief.

The patented removable seating mechanism allows users to separate the seat assembly from the chassis, reducing weight, size, and increasing storage flexibility. It also allows for seat exchange designed purposefully for work, play, leisure, therapy, and recreation.

The Era’s performance hub located between the seat and chassis provides unparalleled functionality never seen before.

With 4 inches of continuous COG adjustment, customizable seat angle blocks, a Titanium torsion flex bar, plus the ability to interchange this system, this Hub allows for a range of performance.

The Era’s seat post allows for 4 inches of continuous seat height adjustment eliminating concerns about incorrect measurements or fit. Its design ensures you’re never welded to a single configuration allowing easy adjustment for different cushions, footwear, or seat angle freely. Precision adjustment is aided by graduations.

The Era is constructed of aerospace grade carbon-composite providing the strongest, most durable frame designed and built to withstand life’s wear and tear. The chassis supports the functionality of all other systems and features an integrated footrest with front and rear bumpers, interchangeable rear wheel size and camber, and a compact lightweight design. Sadly, for our engineers most of this masterpiece ‘disappears’, letting you be you.

The Era chair is completed with custom-designed carbon fiber rear wheels that are lightweight, fully serviceable, and easily personalized to suit your style. The front caster wheels feature a hubless design, utilizing a large-diameter bearing meaning no more gross hair build-up and reducing maintenance from every 2 weeks to only twice a year.
